Intuitive Usui Reiki Level I Class ONLINE

In this Intuitive Reiki level one class you will learn:

· The philosophy and history of Reiki

· The principals of Energy Medicine

· Overview of the Five Elements of the system of Reiki

· Hands on practice of specific Japanese reiki techniques

· How to give yourself a complete Reiki treatment using hand positions and intuition

· You will experience reiju (attunement) so that you can begin practicing Reiki on yourself with understanding and clarity

· How to open to your own innate intuitive abilities

· How to shift your awareness to the subtle energy fields, and the process of tuning into and working with your own energy fields.

We will meet virtually each day for 6 days, via Zoom, from Sunday, January 24th through Friday, January 29th.
