Fresh Garden salad with Lemon & Oil dressing

1 cup spinach (cut & washed - or use baby spinach)

1/2 avacado sliced

1/3 red onion - sliced thin

1/2 cucumber sliced

1 carrot, grated

8 almonds, chopped

1 cup alfalfa sprouts

1/2 cut fresh parsley

1 tomato -diced

Handful or garbanzo or chick peas



Juice of 1 lemon

1 tbsp. Olive Oil or avacado oil

1 tsp dried oregano

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

salt to taste


Add the salad ingredients to a large bowl and toss to combine.

In a small bowl whisk together dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad
