This is the foundation class for all experiences with Reiki. Shoden means first teachings or beginner teachings, and introduces you to traditional Japanese Reiki techniques and practice. Upon completion of this one day class, you will be able to practice Reiki on yourself, plants and animals.

This is the 2nd level class for deepening your experience with Reiki. We will focus on giving Reiki to others. Students receive Level II attunements and Reiki symbols, and practice intuitive Reiki. Upon completion of this class, you will receive a Certificate & can begin practicing reiki on others.

Private Intensive Workshop is an offering for deep emotional healing from old patterns and wounds. This workshop is for individuals looking to free themselves of emotional, mental and/or spiritual wounds, trauma and deep seeded patterns.
